Hargeisa(SD)-Somaliland’s UCID Chairman Eng Faisal Ali Warabe has strongly criticized Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh and Somali President Mohamed Abdilahi Farmajo.
Faysal Ali Warabe strongly opposed the President Farmajo meeting with Colonel Tuke, who was found guilty of genocide in Somaliland, and said that the talks between Somaliland and Somalia should not be held in Djibouti and mediated by President Guelleh.
Chairman Faisal Ali Warabe also said that Somaliland will not engage in dialogue with Somalia until a sane leader is elected.
On the other hand, Chairman Faisal indicated that the Djiboutian president could not host talks between Somaliland and Somalia, because according to Faisal the Djiboutian President is not an honest broker.
He also criticized the Somaliland president’s trips to Djibouti, calling it emotional softness.
This latest criticism by the UCID Chairman follows the Djiboutian president’s latest efforts to host the Somaliland and Somalia talks.
