Mogadishu(SD)-The federal government of Somalia has refused entry into Mogadishu persons deported by the Jubbaland administration who landed at Mogadishu airport.

Jubbaland administration led by Ahmed Madobe began to target supporters of the federal government in Kismayo which led to thier deportation to Mogadishu, the seat of the federal government.

Parliamentarian Dahir Amin said that the federal government has refused entry to people deported by Ahmed Madobe’s administration from Kismayo by force.

“In Kismayo, there are is targeting of certain people, The Administration there forcibly deported people from their region and the federal government forced them to go back, if those people are killed there would be prosecutions” said Mr. Jessow.

The Jubbaland administration has previously deported elders, politicians and other political opponents from Kismayo, most of whom have been returned to Mogadishu.
