Kismayo(SD)-A statement from the Jubaland organizing the presidential inauguration committee announced the inauguration of President Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Ahmed Madobe), scheduled to be held today is delayed indefinitely.

The inauguration of the Jubaland president has sparked intense speculation after disagreements between the federal government and politicians, including former presidents Sharif Sheikh Ahmed and Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who were not allowed to attend the inauguration. 

The Somali government has since re-elected President Ahmed Madobe restricted flights to Kismayo and created another crisis.
