Elbuh-SD)-The Puntland administration of Sanaag region has said that Somaliland forces based in Elbuh have joined their forces.

The Somaliland troops that crossed over to Puntland are led by Lieutenant Colonel Mustafe Said Toor, as the Puntland administration announced.

Somaliland forces have previously defected to Puntland, raising concerns about Somaliland’s control of Eastern Sanaag.
