Mogadishu(SD)-The ministry of foreign affairs of the federal government of Somalia in a communique letter to the government of Seychelles complained against the recent release of pirates from Somaliland prisons.

 Somalia asked the Seychelles government to file a lawsuit against Somaliland to the Seychelles Anti-Piracy Mission and the United Nations based in Somalia, after the President of Somaliland Muse Bihi Abdi pardoned 19 prisoners convicted in the Seychelles and transferred to Somaliland prisons in 2012 for detention while awaiting completion.
