Third president recently declared in Kismayo

Kismayo(SD)-Former Jubaland administration spokesman Abdinasir Serar Mah is reported to have chosen the opposition wing as president, leaving Jubaland with three presidents within two days.

In addition to today’s election, Ahmed Madobe was declared president of Jubaland, so was Abdirashid Mohamud Hidig.

A meeting held in Kismayo, his  supporters, as well as some of the candidates for Change, announced that Abdinasir Serar was president of the Jubbaland, and the opposition’s faction seems to have now split into two factions.

Kismayo appears to have been embroiled in a serious political dispute, and this was the case with Jubaland in 2013 with five self-proclaimed leaders.
