DINSOR (SD) – Reports from Dinsor town in Bay region say that Al-Shabaab has carried out a deadly attack on the town.

Al-Shabaab fighters attacked Dinsor last night, reportedly causing casualties.

Al-Shabaab claimed to have captured the town of Dinsor after government forces withdrew.

Al Shabaab also claimed killing more than 10 government soldiers, although no there are no independent verification of their claim.

Neither the Federal Government nor the South West State have yet commented on Al Shabaab’s claims.
