TORONTO (SD) – Police in Canada have arrested Abilaziz Mohamed 32, a Somali-Canadian national accused of murdering Craig MacDonald 43.
Police in Canada have offered $250,000 as a reward for information leading to the capture of Abilaziz Mohamed.
Within 24 hours of the new Canada’s Most Wanted list and the hefty reward being published, its top suspect was arrested.
Toronto Police Chief James Ramer has welcomed the arrest of the man they topped their most wanted list.
“We hope this provides a small amount of closure for the victim’s family. We work proudly and effectively with our BOLO partners and this successful arrest sends a clear message to those who continue to evade justice—you will be found.” Toronto Police Chief James Ramer said.
Mohamed got into an argument with 43-year-old Craig MacDonald, then allegedly waited for MacDonald in the parking lot and shot him to death.
