Garowe (SD)- Somali Deputy Prime Minister Mahdi Mohamed Guled and a large delegation he is leading arrived in Garowe.

Puntland President Said Abdullahi Deni welcomed Deputy Prime Minister Mahdi Guled and his delegation at the airport.

Mahdi Guled is attending the annual Heritage Institute Conference held in Garowe, Somalia for the first time, the President and the Prime Minister who have been invited, were no show.

Some regional administration presidents and many other officials are in Garowe attending the conference.

Other delegates attending the conference are expected to arrive in Garowe, to discuss the stabilization of security, Constitution, Conducting Elections of one Person one Vote, Establishing a Functional Federal System.
