Djibouti army pilot faces bogus new Charges

Djibouti (SD) – The Djiboutian government has announced six new charges against army pilot Fuad Ali Yusuf, currently languishing in the infamous Gabod jail.

Charges include previously allegations and new unsubstantiated charges:

1 Trying to steal a plane

2 Destroying a plane

3 contact with a foreign power, Eritrea.

4 Inciting public demonstrations

5 Endangered national security, by urging the military to follow orders
6 Has publicly violated the military.

The pilot claimed he was mistreated prior to his defection to Ethiopia, and has been tortured ever since his extradition.

Fuad Yusuf Ali is currently on a hunger strike in prison according to his Wife.
