BAIDOA-Reports from Bay region indicate that today, members of the Al-Shabaab group clashed in the Ufurow area of the region.

During today’s confrontation between members of the Al-Shabaab group, it is reported that two members were killed while another sustained injuries, according to information released by the federal government.

Additionally, information from the Federal Government indicates that the internal conflict within Al-Shabaab arose after disagreements over funds that the group extorted from civilians under the guise of Zakat.
