ANKARA (SD) – A delegation led by the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud were today warmly welcomed at the Turkish Presidential Palace in Ankara.

Hassan Sheikh Mohamud arrived at the Turkish presidential palace, where he was greeted by a contingent of Turkish troops.

Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud had a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Turkish presidential palace.

The meeting between the two presidents focused on strengthening relations between the two countries, and how the two governments can have new trade and security cooperation and other issues.
