Garowe (SD) – The conference of the Heritage Institute, which was expected to open this afternoon in Garowe, the capital of Puntland State of Somalia, has been delayed.
The director of the Heritage Institute, Abdirashid Khalif Hashi, said in a press conference that the delay was due to the small size of the conference hall, which was attended by a large number of people.
He said Puntland President Said Abdullahi Deni had suggested to Heritage Institute officials that the conference be postponed today to prepare a larger hall for all participants.
Finally, the Director of the Heritage Institute Abdirashid Khalif Hashi said that the conference will open tomorrow, Wednesday in the main hall of the PSU campus in Garowe.
