Mogadishu (SD) – The Former Project Director of Horn of Africa for the International Crises Group Rashid Abdi, stated that Israel is keen to Expand it’s presence in the Horn of Africa.

The Researcher adding that Tel Aviv is more favorable towards dealing with Somaliland due to the unrecognised views of the Jewish state.
