Kismayo (SD) – Jubaland’s Council for change has sent a letter of complaint to the UN Security Council against the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Somalia James Swan.

As a result, the council says, Swan is no longer welcomed in the Jubaland area, “and we request that he be removed from the UN office in Somalia.
