MANAMA (SD) -Minister of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Bihi Iman Egeh, participated in the 33rd session of the Arab Ministers of Finance held at the Arab League headquarters in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.

The meeting, which was the annual gathering of Arab leaders, focused on ministerial-level discussions, including enhancing economic cooperation among Arab countries, fostering joint efforts for peaceful economic development, and creating opportunities to boost investment.

Minister Bihi emphasized the importance of economic advancement in Somalia during the meeting.

Somalia has been experiencing economic recovery in recent years, following many countries forgiving their debts, there has been an increase in revenue collection by the government through taxation.
