DUBAI (SD) -The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, participated in a meeting held in the United Arab Emirates on the security situation in Somalia.

The meeting was attended by countries that strongly support the security of the country, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Turkey.

The conference focused on ways to support the Somali government in the fight against terrorism and the enhancement of global security efforts.

The President underscored the importance of maintaining stability in the region and addressing the challenges posed by extremism and international security concerns.

He highlighted the significance of cooperation in ensuring the success achieved in countering terrorism and promoting the unity and progress of Somalia.
