MUQDISHU (SD)-Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre, and a delegation he is leading departed this morning for Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

Prime Minister Hamza and his delegation are attending the summit between the Republic of Korea and African countries, which is taking place from June 4th to 5th.

Spokesperson for the Federal Government of Somalia, Farhan Mohamed Jimale, who briefed the media on the Prime Minister’s trip, stated that the Seoul summit will focus on strengthening the relationship between Africa and the Republic of Korea.

Farhan Jimale also mentioned that the summit will discuss cooperation in economic sectors, trade, and infrastructure development between African countries and South Korea, the host of the summit.
