BOSSASO (SD) – Puntland President Said Abdullahi Deni in Bossaso, the capital of Bari region is set to meet with that region’s traditional leaders.

President Deni reportedly asked the traditional elders to discuss solutions to the issues in Bossaso, especially the dispute over the firing of the director of the PSF.

According to reports, the traditional leaders accepted the President’s request to discuss the issues.

Puntland president arrived in Bossaso yesterday, and since held meetings with some of the military officials in Bari region.

The dispute over President Said Abdullahi Deni’s firing of the director of the PSF military Mohamud Osman Diyano was never resolved, with several failed attempts to resolve the dispute.
