-The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who today addressed the fourth session of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, highlighted five critical issues that require urgent attention. He emphasized the need for collaboration with the international community.

President Hassan Sheikh talked about five key issues related to the country’s overall situation and the goals set to be achieved in the coming months.

These issues include the fight against the al-Shabaab and the consolidation of the Federal Constitution. Additionally, he touched upon Somalia’s diplomatic relations and the ongoing situation in Puntland, the Somaliland elections, and the continuing conflict in Sool.

He highlighted the progress made by the government in various areas, including politics, security, economics, negotiations, and development.

President Hassan Sheikh expressed optimism about achieving significant milestones and called on the Somali people to support the government’s efforts to ensure the welfare of the citizens, eradicate poverty, and maintain national unity.
