Mogadishu (SD) – Acting Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Mahdi Mohamed Guled Khadar, along with members of the Federal Parliament, met with Prime Minister-designate Mohamed Hussein Roble.
A statement posted on the Facebook page of the Prime Minister’s Office said that Mahdi Guled and his entourage met on Sunday with the newly appointed Prime Minister Farmajo.

The statement said Guled and lawmakers congratulated the new prime minister on his appointment, and expressed their full support and assistance.
The Prime Minister-designate, Mohamed Hussein Roble, also met last night with the Speaker of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament and accompanying lawmakers seeking a vote of confidence.
Meanwhile, Mr. Roble in recorded a message last night, urged the House of Representatives to give him a vote of confidence, in order to fulfill his mandate.
On Monday, the House of Representatives is set to address Prime Minister-designate Mohamed Hussein Roble for a vote of confidence, and then form a new government.
