Mogadishu (SD) – Police shot two armed men in Wadajir district after they committed a series of murder in Mogadishu.

The armed men had assassinated a civilian last night at Dharkenley district and tried to scape.

Police displayed the bodies of the two men who assassinated a businessman identified as Aboorey after a resident reported to the security forces.

No group immediately claimed the responsibility of Aboorey’s assassination but Al-Shabab is mainly known for search attacks.

Al-Shabab has been carrying out assassinations and targeted killings in the capital Mogadishu claiming the victims were government intelligence and employee for the past twelve years.
