Beledweyne July 01, 2023 (SD) – The President of the Self Declared Hiiraan State, Cali Jeyte Osman, has announced the appointment of new officials to the administration of Hiiraan State.

In a statement issued by Ali Jeyte Osman, he appointed the governors of Hiiraan region and the newly formed Higher Shabelle region.

Cali Jeyte has appointed Abdiasis Ahmed Addow (Jaaburi) as the Governor of Hiiraan region under Hiiraan State administration, while Abdaladhif Farah Adan has been appointed as the Governor of In a statement issued by Ali Jeyte Osman, he appointed the governors of Hiiraan region and the newly formed Higher Shabelle region.

Additionally, Jeyte has named Suleiman Gedi Ibrahim as the Commander of the Hiiraan State Police Force, with Abdullahi Mohamed Farah Biriq serving as the Deputy Commander.

Afrah Cali Hasan Afrah Yare has also been appointed as the Head of Security of the Police Force. Furthermore, Cali Jeyte has named Mohamoud Mohamed Saxane as the Deputy Governor of the Hiiraan State Administration.

Hirshabelle has not commented on the appointments made by Cali Jeyte Osman, the President of the newly formed Higher Shabelle region administration independent of Hirshabelle State.
