Hargeisa (SD) – Somaliland Ministry of Health declared that a third patient recovered from Covid19 and returned to his home.

The director general of the Ministry of health Dr Mohamed Abdi Hergeye told the local press “that they have only 3 active cases of Covid19 in the country”

The Director general said “that Somaliland Covid19 cases has fallen these days”.

The Ministry of Health will deploy medical teams to conduct a rapid assessment survey among vulnerable communities in Somaliland, to see if there is a Community Transmission in the country.

Dr. Mohamed Abdi Hageyeye, has urged the community to take the highest preparations and double their efforts, as to curb the spred og the virus in the country.
