Hargeisa (SD) – Today’s Video conference meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Somaliland was chaired by the President of the Republic of Somaliland Muse Bihi Abdi, the council addressed a number of important issues.

First, the Minister of Interior gave an overview report of the security situation in the country, then the Minister of Finance also briefed the council on the long-term asset policy prepared by the ministry, which shall apply to public property, to identify, evaluate and register public property in unison as previously this policy was distributed to the council.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Transport and Road Development, presented to the council an amendment and supplement to the traffic law, the Minister explained the amendments and additions made to the Act.

Finally, the Council approved the Investment Law of the Republic of Somaliland, prepared by the Ministry of Investment and the Office of the Attorney General, the law was previously debated by the council.
